Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

In this document, "Platform" refers to the shell999 website accessible at shell999.onl along with all related applications, services, and content. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account or who uses this Platform's services. "We" or "shell999" refers to the management and operations team of this platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the User and shell999. Continued use of this Platform — including general browsing, account registration, depositing funds, or participating in any game — is considered full acceptance of all terms contained in this document.

Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment details — are prohibited and may result in penalties including closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds held in them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, a valid email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. shell999 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own activity, and you bear full responsibility for it.

Payment methods accepted by shell999 are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR), except for transactions using cryptocurrency which will be converted at the current rate.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method registered under the same name as the shell999 account holder. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

shell999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals in certain circumstances, including large withdrawal amounts or when there are any indicators of unusual activity on the account.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting shell999 customer service via live chat or our support email. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been completed.

shell999 also reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity requiring further investigation.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
• A request from an authority with relevant jurisdiction.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, shell999 reserves the right to hold any funds in that account until the investigation is complete. If no fraud is proven, the user's funds will be returned according to the established procedure.

shell999's aggregate liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
